A Two-Day Seminar with Eric Cressey and Nick Grantham

The first day will concentrate on the shoulder complex, examining common upper extremity dysfunctions. Examples of practical assessments and exercise programming to rehabilitate clients from injury will be discussed. Strategies that will help your clients avoid shoulder injuries in the first place and modify weight training exercises for those with injured shoulders will also be presented. During the second day the sessions will focus on how to programme for clients. Practical advice for working with beginners, intermediate and advanced trainees will be examined in depth. The final session will focus on one of the most important, yet most neglected aspects of training and rehabilitation, recovery. The fundamentals of recovery and regeneration will be reviewed and recovery strategies for optimal performance and rehabilitation will be discussed.
